1. Acceptance
By using this testing version of HubForMusic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Testing and pre-release status
HubForMusic is currently being provided in a testing or pre-release form. Features may change, break, be removed, or behave differently without notice.
No guarantee is made that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for production use.
3. Current tools covered by these terms
These terms apply to the currently available tools, including EPK Maker, Project CRM, Venue Finder, Song Links, Artist Sites, Calendar, and Setlist Studio.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for all content you enter, upload, embed, or publish through the service, including text, links, images, files, artist information, video embeds, and related metadata.
You must only submit content you have the right to use, store, display, and publish.
5. Public publishing tools
Song Links and Artist Sites are publishing features. Content submitted through those tools may become available on public URLs that can be viewed by other people.
You should not use those tools to publish confidential information, private personal data, or anything you do not want exposed to anyone with the link.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use HubForMusic to:
- upload or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content;
- publish content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights;
- attempt to overload, disrupt, probe, bypass, or misuse the service or connected infrastructure;
- use the service in a way that interferes with third-party APIs or violates their rules.
7. Third-party services
Some current features depend on third-party services such as mapping, geocoding, image, video, font, and CDN providers. HubForMusic does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, or content.
8. Local storage and browser behavior
Several tools currently use browser storage so your working data can remain available locally on your device. That local data may persist until you clear browser storage or the app overwrites it.
You are responsible for managing the device and browser environment where you use the service.
9. Rights you grant for hosted content
When you submit content to features that store or publish material through the service, you grant the deployment operator a limited permission to host, process, store, and display that content as needed to operate the tool and provide the resulting page or link.
You retain responsibility for the legality and accuracy of what you submit.
10. Removal and suspension
The deployment owner may remove content, disable pages, or limit access if content is unlawful, risky, abusive, technically harmful, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.
11. No professional, legal, or business advice
HubForMusic is a workflow and publishing tool. It does not provide legal, compliance, privacy, financial, booking, or business advice.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made regarding uptime, fitness for purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or data preservation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the deployment owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, including data loss, broken links, removed content, downtime, or reliance on third-party data sources.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are published means you accept the updated version.
15. Questions about this testing deployment
